The Marketing Website Specialist will assist in the planning, strategy and vision casting for all aspects of Paycoms public facing websites.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to assess website roadmap and internal team workloads to clearly set expectations with project owners and stakeholders for project delivery timelines
  • Drive website campaign/project goal attainment, committed timeline delivery and quality standards excellence on all assigned website projects
  • Develop and innovate standards, workflows, systems and best practices for creating and implementing high quality website project deliverables
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer segments and journeys using client collateral and secondary research
  • Lead creative team through the website project visual design process
  • Lead web development team through website project implementation
  • Execute successful CRO, SEO, and UX web projects across Paycom website

Education/Certification:

  • High School or GED
  • Bachelors degree (marketing, business, creative, or similar degree) or equivalent years of experience in marketing and advertising.
