Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Tech Sector

Reperio Human Capital are global providers of recruitment services within the Tech Industry. We have been operating for 10+ years and have established ourselves as the leading IT specialist recruitment agency in both Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Our market is primarily focused on the tech industry in Ireland, Northern Ireland and the USA and we have offices in Belfast, Dublin and North Carolina.
The Tech Industry is constantly growing and so are we! We already hired 13 Trainee Consultants only this year and we are still looking for more - there's no better time to join us!
What you'll be doing:
Managing the entire recruitment process for your clients
Creating & advertising jobs
Sourcing & headhunting IT professionals
Setting up interviews between your clients and candidates + building lasting relationships
Negotiating salaries and communicating job offers
Generating new business through cold calling
The ideal candidate
Confident, career focused, determined, ambitious & eager to learn
Previous sales experience is desirable (ideally 6 months experience in some form of sales environment)
Previous experience in recruitment is not necessary
Our Training Programme
All trainees will have an initial 12 week, on-the-job training programme - you will be able to put everything you learn into practice alongside your normal working day
Full support will be given during your training period and throughout your recruitment career
Typically trainees will progress to consultant level after 6-9 months
You will have the ability to earn commission from day one (even during your training period!)
