Essentia Solutions Group are looking for Telemarketers to join establised marketing company that offer tailor made products to their clients, the role of a telemarketer is to develop cross sell and new client opportunities. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be joining a small and friendly family run business who look after their staff every bit as much as they look after their clients.
Telemarketer main responsibility: -
Book appointments
Liaise with BDM and Account Managers
Ensure an excellent understanding of service provided.
Analise data
Hit targets.
Experience and skills required:
Previous tele sales/telemarketing
Excellent communications skill both written & verbal.
Good customer service skills
Desire to meet objectives/targets.
Able to work well as part of a team.
Confident liaising with colleagues at all levels including management.
