Support Manager Details
Your duties will include supporting the Regional Manager and working alongside another Support Manager and deputising their absence, to undertake all aspects of managing the site if required ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained and adhering to all requirements and regulations. This will include care plan planning and implementation.
You will also assist in the developing of rotas. Full management of the staff team to include recruitment and appraisals.
Opportunity to increase salary significantly through business growth.
On call required 1 in every 3 with a £10 a day uplift benefit.
An appropriate balance is needed between management and 'hands-on' work as per daily demands and challenges.

Our requirements .
You will have experience working with LD / MH in a supported living settingat a minimum of lead/senior/ Deputy Level.
You must be structured, be a natural leader who motivate teams and can organise and lead people.
Be able to commute to Canford Heath
Suitably qualified needs to be a prerequisite of Level 3 minimum
To be work hour flexible although we will endeavour to consider your requirements
