Your pay rate as a Night Shift Supervisor will be £11.96 per hour
Typical hours as a Night Shift Supervisor:
You will be working from 02:30am until 11:00am, you will be working 4 to 5 nights a week and you must be available to work weekends
Your role as a Night Shift Supervisor includes:
- Managing a group of Associates in duties and performance.
- Motivating and guiding team members to achieve goals and create a positive environment during shifts
- Communicating expectations to team members and disciplining where necessary
- Tracking attendance and performance of Associates as per Company policy
- Other duties as a Shift Supervisor may be included

- You must have good communication both verbal and written
- Computer skills required including Excel, Google Drive and Emails

- Focus on supporting the delivery of exceptional service to meet the needs of the customer
- Decision-making, motivation and goal-setting
- Able to organise, plan & prioritise tasks to ensure full completion within shift duration
