Service Advisor - Heathrow
Salary OTE - £32,000-£34,000
Service Advisor needed to join a prestige HGV and LCV main dealership, with exceptional working environment and excellent management.
A successful Service Advisor:
Excellent organisational/ Administration skills
Good customer service skills
Brilliant team player within a busy department
An ability to work unsupervised and adhere to strict deadlines
Experience with Kerridge desired but training can be given.
The ability to actively seek solutions to problems and having the flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively within your team and manage internal relationship to deliver required information in a timely clear manor.
Fantastic communication skills via email, telephone, and face to face.
Service Advisor Benefits:
Up to £30k basic - Depending on experience
Saturdays on rota paid at time and a half
42.5 hrs
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
