This is a true generalist role where reporting into the Director of People and Operations you will deliver a high quality service to the business, providing effective support and development for the management population.

- Providing support and guidance to Managers, supporting in the delivery of their objectives
- Managing complex ER cases
- Driving a reduction in absence across the business
- Continually updating and reviewing HR policies and processes
- Producing HR MI with analysis
- Workforce planning
- Attracting and retaining talent
- Line managing a small team
- Supporting with the management of volunteers
