The School:
A secondary school in Great Missenden are looking to appoint a motivated and engaging individual who will join them as a secondary learning support assistant starting in September. Helping to engage and support young adult's minds.
Your new role:
You will be working closely with teachers and other members of staff to ensure the students are safe and getting the best out of the secondary school setting. This secondary learning support assistant role is to encourage learning and to support children within the classroom in the school environment. Working with small groups and 1-1
- Support class learning and behaviours
- Monitoring and supporting emotional regulation
What you will need to succeed:
This secondary learning support assistant position will require you to have interest and passion in working in education. Enthusiasm is a desirable factor to give an exciting and fun environment for the students. The learning support assistant role is expected to use their initiative and get involved when needed and think outside the box on occasion to engage the students.
