In order to additionally support our new starters and be on hand to help reinforce and embed learning from our training workshops we are looking for an amazing Sales Team Lead to be at our clients site on a daily basis, supporting our clients new superstars in being successful in these pinnacle 3 months of their careers.
In return, we will support you as our Sales Team Lead with industry leading sales training and 1-2-1 daily support from our in-house team. For the right candidate, a permanent role may be offered with us as the end of your fixed term contract with our client within our Training Team and (or) sales function.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Supporting a new cohort of entry level Sales Superstars through their first 3 months in the role with our client
Support our Lead Sales Trainer in embedding learning from workshops and putting in every day practice
Providing side by side coaching on 1-2-1 basis
Offering encouragement to your Team of 10 new starters, ensuring they stay motivated and upbeat
Introduce soft targets, daily competitions and incentives to encourage performance in these early days
Work with departments within the business offering strategy and advice of which part of the business your team members would suit following their first 3 months
Call & Performance Monitoring, weekly health checks and holding monthly 1-2-1 s
Being a coach, mentor and being their for your teams morale support in order to ensure all your Team pass their onboarding and pass their probation with flying colours.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:
A minimum of 2 years experience in Sales Team Lead, or Sales Trainer, or New Starter Onboarding Lead
Experience in side by side coaching
A good understanding of finance sales
A Pro-active, inspiring and Supportive Leader
Evidence based success in a similar role, with reference to new starter success
Base Salary up to £45,000 per year dependent on experience (pro rated)
Industry Leading Sales Training
Mentor guidance from our in-house training and sales team
Additional Bonus Structure available for successful ratio of new starters against probation passed
Possibility of full time role with our company following this contracts success in either our Sales or Training Divisions
Candidates with previous experience in or job titles including; Sales Team Leader, Sales Team Lead, Sales Manager, Sales Director, Onboarding Lead, Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, & Team Leader will all be considered
