Our client, a leader within their field are seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Duties will include:
Handling customer enquiries, requests and fielding accordingly; managing multiple outlook inboxes
Placing orders with Head Office
Producing and progressing sales quotations when required.
To collaborate with internal and external departments (worldwide) to improve quality of service.
Producing invoices and following end of month procedures.
Administrative duties as required within the role to include pricing sheets, quotes log, scanning.
Previous administrative and/ or customer service experience required. IT literacy is key for this role. Office based position.
