JOB TITLE- Sales Administrator
HOURS- Monday-Friday -8:00am-4:30pm
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Processing orders,invoices and confirmations for sales transactions
- General administrative duties including courier shipments, archiving and filing documents
- Updating reports and schedules using Excel and internal databases
- Updating customers with the progress of their orders
- Attending online weekly meetings with Suppliers to discuss shipments and queries
Candidates will need:
- Strong outlook,word and excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative experience
- 20 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
- On site parking
