You ll have an important part to play working as part of a team to deliver outstanding service to all internal customers (Operations, Admin & Management). Reporting to the Operation and Management on planning & performance you ll also be supporting the implementation of the Unipart Way of working within the Planning and Operation team. It allows everyone in our team to pursue their own personal and professional goals to a world class level, through Unipart's From Gate to Great training and development program.
As part of your key responsibilities you ll:
Coordinate all resource planning tasks for the NHS Coventry operations, ensuring operational demand is met.
Be responsible for all resource and volume data collection, reporting and analysis.
Escalate issues in line with company processes.
Support & cover meetings with site management and external contacts.
Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities.
