Salary/Package £56,870 - including up to 21% bonus/incentive potential
£5,000 Welcome Bonus
15- 21% bonus, 3 times a year based on OFSTED ratings

Company Sick PayWe are working with a leading children residential care provider on their search for a Registered Manager, who has the drive an ambition to open this new service, based in St Albans, Hertfordshire
Its a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager who is looking for a new challenge to manage this established 4 bedded EBD Service.
As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day management of the home remains compliant with Ofsted regulations and in line with company standards and expectations.
Your ability to meet these requirements and legislation's will come from your experience as a Registered Manager previously. The overall outcome for this role is to provide a stable and caring home environment, through your team showing consistent adult role model behaviours setting consistent standards and boundaries for the children.
Recent experience working either as a Registered Manager OR as a Deputy Manager in a Children s Home.
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare OR Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent qualification).
a minimum of 2 years management experience in residential care
