My client - a very well-established accountancy firm looking for a Receptionist / Secretary to join their business on a permanent basis. Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (with one hour lunch), office based.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Secretary:• Handling telephone calls• Dealing with post in and out• Maintaining records of client books• Audio and copy typing• Filing of correspondence• Booking client meetings and up-dating director s diary• Archiving files and maintaining records of archived files• Liaising with clients in chasing up accounts and tax information• Copying and binding of accounts and tax returns• Managing stationery supplies• Topping up general office supplies such as milk, tea, coffee, etc
What the Receptionist / Secretary may have:• Good telephone manner and confident in dealing with people• Knowledge and confident in the use of Word and Excel• Good level of spoken and written English with good attention to detail
