I am seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor/SQS for a £60m JCT D&B Warehouse for the principal contractor. You will be working as a number 2 to a Managing QS on the project - with a couple of Assistant QS' to share the workload.
The working environment will be fast-paced turning over up to £2.5m per month; so working in the Logistics, Distribution, Data or Food production sector of construction would be highly advantageous.
The project will be running well into 2023 and my client is looking to appoint someone within the next fortnight.
The rates would be expected to be (pending on experience) between £4-450 per day and subject to PSC credentials, outside of IR35
