Our clients were founded in 2012 and have since seen an impressive number of completed sales, substantial growth to their portfolio of suppliers and investors across the UK and increased demand in the buy-to-let market in which they are a key player.
Due to our ongoing success a new opportunity has arisen for a Property Sales Consultant to join their established team and aid in our continual growth.
Liaising with potential clients through the database and generated warm leads
Updating investors with new buy-to-let opportunities that are available
Building and maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business
Conducting meetings with existing and potential buyers
Working with existing clients to help them achieve their financial objectives
Keeping potential buyers informed throughout the process through to completion
Generating revenue from agreed sales and meeting KPI Targets
Supporting the wider team and ad hoc duties that may arise
The successful candidate will be a natural sales person with a can do attitude, be presentable with high levels of integrity, have strong negotiation and communications skills and possess the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
Experience in property management, sales, lettings, investment and new homes sales as well as a keen interest in the property industry is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
