The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to work with residential properties based in London. The candidate will manage his/her portfolio, which is currently made of 21 buildings, and will build relationships with clients, leaseholders, residents and contractors.
The role includes:
Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of residential properties;
Dealing politely and professionally with clients, leaseholders and residents, making sure that all buildings requirements and expectations are met;
To be the main point of contact for Landlords and Tenants across the portfolio;
Communicate with landlords and contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be taken, resolving accordingly;
Carry out site visits and deal with routine and emergency maintenance;
Remaining up to date with new legislation and health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate:
Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Has a proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Passed part 1 of the AIRPM associate exam;
Full rights to work in the UK (if EU citizens then must have at a minimum their pre-approved settled status);
Understands the property management process and has a proven background in property management and customer service;
Has the ability to work on your own initiative;
Is punctual and presentable;
Has excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
