We are looking for a highly organised Property Management Administrator, to join our Property Management team at CHK Mountford.
Our Property Management Administrator play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the customer service they deserve throughout their time with us whilst supporting our property management team. Our Property Management Administrator have the responsibility of assisting our local branches to ensure a smooth commencement and end to a tenancy for our clients.
You will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build long lasting relationships, a flare for organisation and a passion for property to become our next Property Management Assistant.

You will be responsible for assisting a region of lettings branches and property managers acting as a key contact for our tenants and landlords who require support at the commencement and end of their tenancy. This could include but not limited to:
The role responsibilities include:
Ensuring the administration duties across the department are completed effectively and efficiently such as; post distribution, invoice logging, tenant/landlord documentation sent and customer calls handled.
Organising pre tenancy maintenance works
Facilitating the release of security deposits
Ensuring the properties have all relevant compliance certificates prior to the tenancy commencement
To liaise between tenants and inventory clerks to ensure check-outs are booked promptly and documentation handled efficiently.
Ensure that all customers receive a professional, efficient and friendly service.
Ensure all telephone messages and emails are dealt with efficiently and effectively
Keep internal databases and records up to date
Maintain and promote a positive "can do" approach.
Previous experience within an administration role
Excellent standard of communication
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
High level of customer service skills; can understand customers real needs
Proven ability to prioritise workloads and plan ahead
Ability to work well in a team environment
High accuracy and attention to detail.
