Project manager with process improvement experience
- Process experience in complex product organisation
- Change process management experience. So the outcome of our work is realistically implementable?
Project Management experience in complex technology projects, with a lot tech and not tech components
- Project management skills
What the person should do:
- Organise and structure work to achieve the final recommendation
- Test assumptions and work-flow plans
- Advise on operational excellence in global / local programme delivery and support
- Challenge ways of working and learnt behaviour
- Advise on possible routes to get to best solution - fast
- Set Up Templates, structures etc of final outcomes
- Be function independent
- Set proof points and examine how we measure results
- Produce communication materials for presentation of proposals

- Set up a framework for successful delivery of new services in market
