ROLE- Production/ Project Administrator
LOCATION- Sandy Bedfordshire
SALARY- £20,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Premier Engineering are looking for Production Administrator to join a growing business based in Newmarket.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealing with day to day administration tasks in support of the production team
Taking notes in meetings.
Scanning/photocopying confidential documents.
Tracking the development of projects ensuring the status is up to date on internal system
Liaise with both internal departments and sales offices to keep them updated of any delays when they occur.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Excellent communication skills
Experience of coordinating projects
Strong Administration Skills
An interest in engineering and the engineering process required within the department
Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Accuracy with attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
A logical approach to problem solving
