A nationally ranked acute care hospital based in Palm Beach county is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Coordinator Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit to join their award-winning healthcare team.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Nurse Coordinator Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit will lead all clinical and administrative operations of the 8-bed department. The Nurse Coordinator will oversee the clinical and non-clinical staff, promote professional development within the department, ensures high levels of patient care, and assists the Director with regulatory readiness and fiscal success of the department. This unit currently runs a 1:1 or 2:1 patient ratio.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
- Registered Nurse RN license in state of FL or ability to attain
- Prior experience in either open heart of critical care setting
