Identify and profile all new agents that do not have a current relationship with any of Barbon s letting agent brands. Sourcing, profiling and distributing new agents into the Barbon Customer Development team. Acts as the point of contact for all new agents joining the business and supports them through their onboarding journey. Demonstrate the ability to create, grow and manage a prospect pipeline of smaller agents that deliver referencing and a portfolio of products that support growth and business targets being achieved.
To represent and deliver the HomeLet proposition to letting agents across the UK by representing HomeLet, Let Alliance and Rent4sure as the leader of lettings.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients whether existing and or new to the business
Identify and reallocate leads that are of large agent size to the Sales Director.
Proactively maintain and increase the customer base within HomeLet through acquiring new agents and ensuring all new agents transact referencing volumes.
Administer all new agent leads into the business by following the lead allocation process,
Present the Barbon portfolio of products to new agents where applicable.
Deliver a robust contact and sales strategy across ongoing new agent pipeline and non-transacting agents.
Schedule appropriate sales training for all new agents and ensure implementation is effective.
Delivers exceptional customer service as first point of contact to all new agent leads that are received.
Actively and seamlessly manage with the agent handover process ensuring all agent details and opportunities are effectively transferred to the Customer Development team.
Take ownership of Complaints from new agents - investigating and resolving queries and issues raised.
Escalate key risks and issues to the line manager.
Work closely with all roles within the Sales team and conduct ad-hoc sales activity what are agreed by your line Manager.
To show detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors in the lettings industry to support business strategies.
Update Competitor Information regularly and share with sales colleagues.
Achieve all KPI s and sales targets as set for the role.
Someone who has experience in working in sales and ideally from lettings or insurance industry. Experience using all office systems (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word). Acts as the point of contact for all new agents joining the business and supports them through their onboarding journey. Excellent communication skills and can develop and maintain good working relationships with clients whether existing and or new to the business.
Has the ability to multitask and can work unsupervised but also works well as part of the team. Has experience of working to targets and ideally has experience of working in a regulated environment.
