You're an experienced mortgage banker with an established client base who isn't afraid to generate new business. To achieve this, you build relationships, both externally in your market and throughout the bank. You're a counselor, connector, and relationship maker. You'll work outside the office networking with COI's, making sales calls, building your client portfolio, and focusing on new purchase and refinance opportunities. You'll use your consultative sales experience to create worthwhile connections with prospects and generate new business by cultivating meaningful relationships with builders, realtors, and internal and external partners.
You will have the unique opportunity to build solid internal partnerships within Commercial, Private Wealth, Institutional Wealth, and Consumer; and your deep understanding of the banking industry - what's necessary to make a loan, how to construct it while meeting regulatory requirements - will set you up for success.What You Can Expect

You will participate in regular meetings with our operations team (closing underwriting, processing, and management) to make sure we are working like a well-oiled machine.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS: You will need to be good with numbers to perform complicated mathematical calculations and to learn complex technical information
MORTGAGE KNOWLEDGE: Your experience in lending guidelines and regulations (FHA, VA, Conventional, FHLMC
COMMUNICATION: You'll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients, including C-level audiences.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: Relate to any audience and build trust by leveraging strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.
