Core Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focussed Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team based in Leeds and London to help drive the next phase of growth for the business.

EFI's Marketing Team is responsible for developing and establishing the brand within both new and existing markets whilst also engaging effectively with existing clients and our EFI colleagues. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, our Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Planning, developing and executing industry-leading integrated marketing campaigns
Effectively positioning EFI services and solutions and directly impacting new business generation
Devising strategies that create and nurture leads for the EFI Sales Team
Project management; working effectively cross-functionally across the Marketing Team, the Regulatory Expertise Team, the Sales Team and other key stakeholders
Being a strong business partner for our Sales Team, ensuring that we have full alignment on lead management and opportunity creation
Being the face of marketing within our Sales Team, ensuring they are briefed, readied and making the very best use of our campaigns and marketing assets
Maintaining an external view, understanding audience pain points and being the customer champion
Making data-led decisions, leveraging insights to inform strategy
Ensuring that EFI delivers the right message to the right audience at the right time
Reporting and analysing campaign performance with a particular emphasis on return on investment
Managing, monitoring and reporting on budgets
Experience Needed

Minimum 5 years' experience of planning and executing outcome-focussed B2B marketing campaigns within a commercial environment
Experienced HubSpot CRM user, proficient at marketing automation, developing workflows and lead management
Cross-functional project management
Experience of communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing marketing agencies and third parties, developing a strong partnership model/approach
Financial services experience desirable but not essential
Skills and abilities

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A naturally inquisitive mindset with a desire to understand campaign metrics and performance, adjusting your plan as required for maximum impact
The ability to work at speed without compromising quality
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insight into marketing campaign strategy and execution
A 'test, learn, iterate, adjust' attitude and competence to apply this to campaign planning
Excellent attention to detail
Superior organisational skills, proficient at prioritising work and multi-tasking
First-rate communication skills
A great working knowledge of the core MS Office package (in addition, Adobe Creative Cloud / InDesign experience would be desirable but not essential)

£35K a year base salary
