Right Now Group are currently partnered with a fast growth and innovative software organisation who are looking to hire a proactive Marketing Assistant to work within their established Marketing team.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to learn from an experienced Senior Marketing Executive and will also be supported through their level 3 CIM, with the view of climbing the marketing ladder within the organisation.
This role would be well suited to an aspiring Marketing professional looking to secure a unique entry level Marketing role within a flexible and supportive working environment.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Hours: 35 hours per week
Starting Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Role Type: Full-Time Permanent (35 hours a week)
Location: Staines - Hybrid Working
Working with the Marketing Manager to coordinate exhibitions, conferences, and webinars
Ensuring consistency with brand and campaign guidelines across all communications and artwork
Monthly reporting on marketing activities such as social media and website performance, and surveys
Managing the ordering of assets such as literature, exhibition equipment, merchandise and general promotional materials, etc.
Help produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials
Aid with the development of marketing campaigns and strategic decisions to the target audiences
Monitor corporate branding applications across marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently
Coordinate campaign content for social media, email, and website landing pages
Liaise with internal and external teams and design agencies to ensure that key marketing tasks are completed, and projects are delivered on time
Maintain and lift our social media presence including LinkedIn and Twitter, help to share current news updates including company events and socialsDesirable
Previous exposure to Marketing, either within a Marketing role or equivalent qualifications within Marketing
Proactive and creative personality with a passion for Marketing
An understanding of Marketing tools such as Hubspot
Knowledge of Google Analytics or Google Ads
Experience in working with Microsoft packages
