My client is recruiting a Logistics Administrator based in their Swansea site to act as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the sales team.
You will act as the link between the sales team and the production team to ensure customer orders are met. This position will require you to provide support in the following areas:

Description
The main responsibilities of the Swansea based Logistics Administrator will be:
- Processing a high volume of customer orders
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date
- Processing Customer returns
- Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives
- Communicating internally important feedback to and from customers
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
- Liaise with the Company's Production team to ensure orders are ready to meet dispatch deadlines
- Making all necessary logistics arrangements
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers
- Ensuring all export paperwork is maintained including Incoterms, FTA's and rules of origin
- General sales support
Profile
Experience: A first experience of several years in a similar position
Technical skills: Billing follow-up / Order follow-up / master of an ERP / Logistics knowledge
Required qualities: Rigor / Commercial sense / Sense of priorities / master of IT tools / knowledge of an ERP / Responsiveness / ability to manage several tasks in parallel / Logistics
