Junior QA Analyst-SITS

Our advanced software solutions are challenging how technology enables the education world and we are now looking for a Junior QA Analyst who would like to be a part of the journey!

Joining our Tribal SITS development team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of our mature global market-leading product that underpins student success.

Using your understanding of fundamental test processes and the software development life cycle, you will document test cases and actively test our software to ensure that it meets business requirements and identify functional and non-functional defects.

You will work closely with developers and business analysts to improve the quality of our software. Your duties will be varied and may include:

Execution of Test Cases and recording of outcomes

Recording incidents in defect management software and retesting resolved incidents

Participating in technical design reviews

Assisting colleagues with the replication of incidents and the creating and setting up of data

Providing estimates for project testing effort

Maintaining and executing regression test scripts and release testing scripts

Participating in Project Concept Reviews and undertaking external test consulting

You will be passionate about testing software and striving always to exceed customer expectations. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills will come into play every day and your ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Any experience of creating and executing test cases and documenting test results in a commercial software testing environment is advantageous along with any knowledge of defect management systems.
