A client based in Blackheath is recruiting for a PA with excellent communication skills. This role will be 50% of time working for the director undertaking peronal work ie banking, travel arrangements, household administration etc
The other 50% will be assisting with all administration and maintaining the companies social media
The ideal candidate will have the skills below:
- the mindset of a PA, ie the ability to 'look after' the directors; to be proactive and adaptive.
- to be flexible to jump from task to task as required by directors.
- to be computer literate and familiar with Office 365.
- to have excellent communication skills.
- to be educated to degree level would be an advantage, flexible, easy going, bright, engaging.
- an interest in property sector would be an advantage
This role would suit an individual probably embarking on their first PA role, the role will consist of a lot of basic administration but there will be opportunity for growth and professional development.
The position will be based in the office 5 days a week Monday to Friday
