London's leading property development & management firm is looking for a highly ambitious and driven IT Support Analyst to join their growing team! The successful applicant will come onboard to play a key role in supporting a large user base and aid in the delivery of large-scale projects.
My client is offering an excellent opportunity to complete a range of exciting training courses, as-well as on-the-job training, where you will work closely with senior IT engineers and the Head of IT, learning new technical skills first-hand.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the user base, both remotely & face-to-face
Troubleshoot issues relating to technologies such as Office 365, Windows 10, hardware, etc
Install & support a range of applications
Successfully diagnose network connectivity issues
Setup new users on Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
Provide assistance in projects, for example hardware rollouts & large-scale new user setups
Monitor systems to ensure they're operating efficientlyTech Stack:
Windows OS
Windows Server
Hardware - PC's, laptops, printers
Office 365
SharePoint
Basic experience with Hyper V or VMware
Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
