The Inpatient Nursing Director will lead both Clinical and Administrative Nursing Operations within several high volume departments. They will have the opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge toward developing a high quality hospital environment.
The Inpatient Nursing Director will work closely with Transitional Care Leaders, Outpatient and Clinic Operations, Pharmacy and Laboratory Leaders to pursue organizational objectives and synergy in achieving plans and problem resolution. The Inpatient Nurse Director is also responsible for creating, as well as enforcing, compliant healthcare policies in accordance with the hospital's administrative team.
Reporting up to the CEO, the Inpatient Nursing Director will be accountable for the quality and cost effectiveness of daily nursing services. This director will also lead a well qualified and high performing team alongside a Medical / Surgical Nurse Manager, an ICU Nurse Manager, and an RN Manager of Perioperative Services. The Inpatient Nursing Director will develop an extraordinary team of staff nurses to implement various plans and systems for the assurance of excellent patient care.
