The Next Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse will provide patient centered care and continuity of care across the continuum. Behavioral health is the most unique of all allowing the most unique exposure amongst all services lines. Allowing a stepping stone into other specialties and broadening the scope of practice. Whether a new nurse or an experienced nurse, they play a vital role to the Behavioral health team. The Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse will be providing real time patient progress for the complex continuum of care to Providers and the rest of the care team. The next Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse will also have plenty of opportunity to grow and succeed within the hospital and the services when actively participating and contributing towards the success of the unit and service line.
