Role: Head of Customer Contact Salary: £70,000 pro rota Contract: Interim (6 months) Location: East London Start Date: September 2022

We are working with a large Housing Provider to find their next Head of Customer Contact.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead and manage a Housing Service Centre from strategic direction and planning to implementation and delivery
- Work with a Housing Association championing modern technology to drive resident change
- Oversee, develop, and coach a large team across East London
- Work with senior stakeholders on a regular basis, including at Director and CEO level
