These guys have been established for 40 years and work across UK and Europe however their main focus is Europe - lots of customers in Germany, Sweden, Austria.Environment wise: They offer a super friendly, supportive, relaxed environment and want someone who is collaborative - also don't want someone who is unstable or jumpy.

You will work on 3 key aspects - 1. providing creative content for digital channels - 2. supporting the sales team with collateral and 3. content for product development

A word from the client: We have a terrific opportunity for a motivated, experienced Content & Digital Marketing Executive to join our energetic marketing team and help us achieve our growth goals and continue to be successful. In this fascinating position, you will be in charge of creating engaging digital content, marketing collateral, and powerful digital campaigns for the target audience. You will work with the marketing manager and other key players to successfully implement business and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Hatch exciting new ideas for compelling content that raises awareness of our company and products, stimulates interest and engages both existing customers and prospects.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels using market insight to drive the company forward as Thought Leaders. Content includes but is not limited to blogs, case studies, newsletters, podcasts, interviews, etc.
  • Build relationships with current and potential partners for marketing and business opportunities. Engage with partners and stakeholders at all levels to deliver effective marketing activities.
  • Implement and support the delivery of digital campaigns and account-focused campaigns via social media and email.
  • Produce marketing and sales collateral to support the effective delivery of marketing and account engagement activities, such as brochures, landing pages, social media posts, adverts, etc.
  • Research and engage with our target audiences and clients using B2B digital marketing to stimulate and create commercial opportunities.
  • Support account teams with high-quality research using LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager and give input on planning and devising strategies.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

A great attitude and some b2b marketing experience with content experience across a range of channels.

Experiences

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B digital/ content marketing role is required.
  • Proven track record in implementing digital marketing campaigns to B2B audiences.
  • Experience in writing long-form digital content for blogs, case studies or white papers within a B2B marketing team or agency.
  • Experience in creating short-form marketing content and collateral, such as social media posts, adverts, podcasts, landing pages, brochures, etc.
  • Familiarity with website content management and social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

Key Skills

  • Well-honed copywriting and proofing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative communicator and fresh thinker, able to develop and pitch good ideas.
  • Familiar with graphic design tools, such as Canva, Photoshop or equivalent.
  • Familiar with using social media for B2B marketing, such as LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
  • Familiar with website content management using WordPress or equivalent.
  • Familiar with using email marketing tools (such as ActiveCampaign, MailChimp or equivalent) and managing a marketing database.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management and marketing project management.
  • Familiar with MS Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • A good professional work ethic, positive attitude and great team player.
