About Alcon

Starcom s Global relationship with Alcon is a refreshingly true and long-lasting partnership built on the foundational idea that we are a leading marketing partner who drives their holistic paid owned and earned communications strategy. It is a collaboration designed to garner the best work from both sides and inspire each other through continuous improvement of the partnership and collaboration model

In 2021, Alcon s marketing team awarded us "agency of the year", a true testament to all we have achieved for Alcon s business. We ve also been shortlisted in the Campaign Media Awards for Systane Unstoppable "Highly Commended" for Best International Strategy and in the M&M Global 2021 Awards for Best Integrated Campaign and Best Campaign for Pharma & Healthcare.

Alcon aspire to lead the world in innovating life-changing vision and eye care products because when people see brilliantly, they live brilliantly. They divested from Novartis in April 2019, and since then have focused on a transformational change in their marketing to deliver more participative and behaviour changing consumer programs.

To this vision, we have shifted our relationship from a transactional agency model to a true strategic partnership, helping them raise the floor and elevate the ceiling of their marketing.
