Global HR Senior Project Coordinator

The Global BST and HR Operations Team is seeking a highly collaborative and motivated individual to join as a Global Human Resources Senior Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Director & Partner responsible for Global HR and the Global HR Director for the team across a range of activities to ensure the successful delivery of our Global BST and HR Operations agendas. These will vary depending on the needs of the team and as such, you will need to enjoy the variety and variability inherent in the role.
Key areas of focus will include:

The coordination of HR leadership team meetings and agendas and executing on enablers to support the success of that team:
  • Managing end-to-end preparation and execution of Global internal meetings of HR leadership teams, including weekly meeting agendas, annual on-site conference management, invitation coordination, budget management, pre- and post- meeting communication, virtual and hybrid hosting, etc.
  • Promoting innovation and new ways of collaboration within the Global HR Team and driving improved processes in how the team works together
  • Developing strong relationships and supporting the Global HR Director in acting as a liaison between the Global Head of HR and Global HR Leadership Teams such as the Business Services & Knowledge People Management Team and the OLT
Supporting the Global HR Director in delivering projects assigned:
  • Support and execution of People related projects, independently and in collaboration with other People functions and teams
The organization and execution of other operational tasks to support the success of the
  • Managing other various ongoing operational activities such as maintaining distribution lists, digital tools, and internal file management, updating project trackers, drafting communications, creating meeting agendas and conducting follow ups to ensure agreed upon actions are completed.
  • Assisting others to navigate the Global HR network by providing ongoing ad-hoc support to employees and teams who reach out with questions
  • Other duties and projects as required.


  • Building relationships and working collaboratively in a hybrid environment with international teams across functions and levels within the organization.
  • Pivoting to take on different projects or activities in a pinch.

  • Getting up to speed quickly to understand the context, stakeholders, wants and needs in any given situation
  • Practical execution and service delivery with strong attention to detail and a focus on task completion
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills. Must have the ability to deliver clear and succinct messages to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities, including prioritizing your own work and seeking input where needed


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Relevant experience, preferably within People/Human Resources at a large, complex organization.
  • Proven track record of performing successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually deep, service-oriented environment
  • Previous roles which have required strong attention to detail and collaboration
  • Experience working with Senior Stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Experience of working with Workday particularly reporting, preferred
