Description
Duties of the German / French speaking Customer Account Manager:
Point of contact for all customer enquiries
customer order entry
Maintenance of backlogs
Stock checks and maintenance
Escalate and solve delivery problems
Proactive follow up with customers regarding orders
Work closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction
Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure order fulfillment
Provide tracking details Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
French / German language skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good coomunication
Experience using ERP systems e.g. SAP

The salary on offer is £32k - £34k
