Job description: Frontline Customer Service AgentSalary: £11.40 p/hLocation: DerbyWorking hours: Monday to Friday - 8 hour shift, rotational shifts between the hours of 07.30-20.15We are looking for experienced customer service advisors to work with our global market leader in the international parcel delivery and express courier business. They specialise in the door-to-door delivery of documents and parcels worldwide and has more than 100,000 employees operating in more than 220 countries and territories.They have been voted top 10 companies to work for!!!Your responsibilities as a Frontline Customer Service Agent will be to:
  • Act as a first point of contact for external customer handling shipping requests providing information and advice on transiting goods worldwide.
  • Logging customer bookings
  • Collating and validating all information for processing to the courier
  • Promote up and cross sell
  • Increasing sales value and tracking shipments
Must haves:
  • IT literate
  • Good customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Must work to a standard, target-based work
