Description

We are looking for a talented Fraud Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the review, research and follow-through of Return Deposited Items, Reg CC processes, Deluxe Check Review and Account Closing processes. The Fraud Ops Specialist is responsible to meet internal SLAs, have a great attention to detail, must be self-motivated, maintain the ability to document clear and detailed comments regarding the outcome of the investigation and have a solid working knowledge of REG CC guidelines. They will investigate suspicious activities and complete FCRM referrals within established guidelines. The incumbent will report to the Deposit Fraud Operations Manager in Pittsburgh, but will work collaboratively with department colleagues, external customers and business partners. The incumbent will be required to cross train on various processes within Fraud and Claims to assist during peak volumes and will need to manage competing priorities in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational, technical and analytical skills
  • Colleague must be flexible and reliable
  • Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office
  • Must be able to identify and analyze fraud trends, with a desired working knowledge of Reg CC
  • Manage and prioritize a varied case load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients and upper management
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and Self-Motivated
  • Good organizational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases
  • Proficient with the procedures, regulations and investigation methods
  • Hands on experience with relevant Information System: Mainframe, Lexis Nexis, other bank product and services
  • Must have a solid understanding of all Bank processes
  • Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task and to function efficiently in a high volume, fast paced deadline oriented environment
  • Excellent Customer Experience skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
