Salary - £20,514 pro rata (weekly pay!)
Weekly hours - 37.5 hours; Monday to Sunday between 6am-11pm WEEKENDS ARE INCLUDED BUT NOT EVERY WEEKEND (1 IN 3)
Contracts available - Permanent
Paid Training provided - 2 weeks, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Day to Day Responsibilities
Once you have completed our 4 week training experience, you will be handling a variety of Customer enquiries and requests which include managing customer s cases relating to any aspect of their vehicle ownership. This will involve:
Provide a high level of service to all clients
Ensure that a seamless journey is arranged for our clients
Confidently resolve all queries/complaints and provide positive outcomes for all clients
Organising suites/special requests on arrival/personal shopping experience
Telephone, email work and potential to upskill to social media
About You
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to negotiate workloads and a good time manager
Ability to work on own initiative and still remain part of the team
Previous hospitality/retail customer service experience is preferred.
Computer literate
Excellent written and spoken communication and problem-solving skills
Confident individual with customer service experience, preferably in an online retail environment
