We are currently recruiting for a Executive Assistant, on behalf of our client based in South London. The contract for this position is on a permanent basis!JOB DETAILS PAY RATE: £26,061 - £32,018 per annum WORK TYPE: Permanent WORK PATTERN: Full Time LOCATION: South LondonJOB DESCRIPTIONThe duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Manage, coordinate, and forward a work schedule, diary, and correspondence, as well as filter incoming calls, emails, and mail, respond to messages, pass along relevant information to other staff members as needed, and facilitate any travel plans. To write and edit papers, letters, and reports to a very high standard as needed for committees and boards, including private material. Conduct research to provide more information to reports to ensure the greatest quality possible. To handle extremely sensitive material in a completely confidential and professional manner, keeping track of progress and taking appropriate action as needed to make sure all tasks are done successfully. To assist in making sure that papers for Boards and Committees are prepared for multiple meetings in accordance with the Governance Meeting Schedule by working with the Group Executive, their direct reports, and the Group Admin Team. To schedule internal and external meetings, to prepare materials and draught minutes as necessary, and to make sure that all preparations are made for any events that the Group Executives will be hosting or chairing. To update social media accounts for Group Chief Finance Officer or College Principal.THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEThe successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: Must have a high level of proficiency with databases, online technologies, and Microsoft Office programmes. Significant experience in a high administrative job, including managing a large diary, serving on committees, and acquiring information. Experience of note-taking of formal meetings and providing accurate minutes. Excellent organisational skills and time-management - including ability to multi-task and manage a number of conflicting priorities.
