Are you interested in getting involved in the IT Security Industry? Do you have a grounding in IT support be it on a Service Desk or supporting software? Have some exposure to the Cloud e.g. Azure, AWS etc if so please read on

Role - Customer Support Engineer - AKA Software Support, IT Support, Application Support

Location - Central / West London (2 days office / 3 Day Home)

Salary - to 35K + excellent benefits e.g. 12% pension

Reporting into the helpdesk manager you will provide 2nd line support to our clients range of endpoint / cloud / mobile security solutions.

The role

Be the clients primary contact
Log tickets accurately
Ensure a high level of customer service and support is provided
Provided assistance as required to other technical teams
Escalate issues where necessary to management or third parties
Undertake some IT projects as instructed by the technical team


Able to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn
Proactive team player
Exposure to Cloud based services
Office 365
AWS EC2, S3You will need to be eligible for SC clearence for this role
