Wild are working with a fantastic employer based in Milton Keynes supporting them in looking for Customer Support Advisor's. This company offer great working environment and many opportunities. The hours are 9am-5.30pm, working Monday-Friday.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service.
Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries by either resolving them there and then or passing them on to the relevant team. You will resolve enquiries consistently to team standards and promptly. You will be promoting services, events along with providing information and benefits. You will be speaking with customers who are required to make payments to their membership and obtain payment.
Data security, protection and confidentiality are of high importance and you will report any breach or suspected breach of policies.
Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
Good IT skills
Organisational, planning and administrative skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
