My client, a Public Sector operation, is seeking to hire a candidate to deal with outward bound calls made to residents who require site inspections for their gas supply. This is a straightforward and easily trainable role for someone who lives within a commutable distance of Walton in this initial temporary role. The role can be worked with a choice of shifts of either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. This role will initially run until the end of March (but is possible to extend).
Your duties will predominately involve:
Contacting residents to discuss and book site inspection for their gas supply.
Use the in-house system to log calls and inspections made.
Any other related administratative or customer service focused duty.
In order to be applicable for the role you will need to have the following:
Immediately availability and able to commit until the end of March
Excellent communication skills
Able to commute to Walton daily
