A 50-bed acute care hospital in central Washington is seeking a Chief Quality Officer.
The Hospital Chief Quality Officer will work with the hospital department leadership and senior hospital leadership team to continue the success of this acute care hospital. The Nurse Executive Director of Quality and Patient Safety will maintain high patient satisfaction scores, Joint Commission standards, CMS standards and patient safety in accordance to all regulating bodies. An understanding of hospital accrediting surveys, HCAHPS, LeapFrog and healthcare quality/data analytics will ensure a smooth transition into this role.
The RN Chief Quality Officer will be a respected member of the senior leadership team at this non-profit medical center and be a member of the c-suite executive team. This acute care hospital is a Level III Trauma Center and offers comprehensive patients care services including an Emergency Dept that sees ~30,000 patients annually. Other patient services include: Robotic Surgical Services, Cardiac Cath Lab, Radiology, Family Birth Center, NICU, Palliative Care, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Stroke Care, Intensive Care Unit, and more.
