General DescriptionThis position requires a dynamic individual who is analytical and possesses strong communication skills as well as people management experience. The position involves dealing with various levels and stakeholders across the Firm. The individual must have a strong eye for risk and be organized and capable of addressing inquiries as well as risk issues in a timely manner. Relative business experience 57 years.

Specific ResponsibilitiesPerform supervision on S99 FINRA covered functionsActively comanage the funding teamUnderstand and calculate the daily funding requirements for specific business areas firm wideProvide the Treasury Funding Desk with accurate daily and future cash projections to effectively fund the FirmWork with business units and controllers to coordinate funding requirements around structured dealsReporting on firm funding drivers and balance managementUnderstanding and monitoring of intercompany loan relationshipsEnsure that risks associated with cash movements are appropriately managed and mitigated where possibleEnsure that best cash management practices are in placeAnalyze, recommend and implement productivity improvements

5 to 7 years of business experience. Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Trade Support, Settlement or Controllers experience preferred.
S99 preferred
Bachelors Degree
Strong analytical skills

Good interpersonal skills
People management experience
Works well under pressure
Flexibility, selfconfidence and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Good initiative with ability to drive projects forward
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office excel, word and powerpoint

Role is Hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week minimum.
