Candidate - Business Change Manager that has implemented change management programs / projects for a product or service provider in the Business to Consumer industry (B2C).

The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a global market leading provider of consumer home electronic and electrical products. With a brand name second to none and a dominant UK market share, this corporate is now investing heavily in its after-sales service provision, primarily on warranties, service and maintenance packages. Customer service and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of this companies business strategy and as their Business Change Manager you will work on several key projects that will be essential to the success of their greatly expanded service division.

Experience Required

You must have a Business Change Related background which might include stakeholder analysis and working on IT and software adoption or ecommerce. It will be of great interest if you have actually been part of business change for service, maintenance and warranty projects on products that are supplied to consumers and household owners. Furthermore, it will be ideal if you have worked successfully with up to 4 Project Managers and a number of Business Analysts in a corporate environment.
