A multidisciplinary consultancy, based in Milton Keynes, are now seeking a Building Surveyor to join their close-knit, supportive team.
As the new Building Surveyor, you will have the pleasure of working on a variety of schemes, including 18th/19th century historic buildings within the leisure, hotel sectors and residential sectors. You will have the opportunity as one of their Building Surveyors to work on some of their development monitoring projects, dilapidations, maintenance management and party-wall.
This is the perfect opportunity for a 2-5-year experienced Building Surveyor (with or without MRICS), who has an interest in both the project and technical sides of the role, who can be easily relied on and is happy to get stuck into the work.
The Building Surveyor
MRICS (not essential but preferable)
2-5 years' experience on similar schemes
A genuine passion for the work
Interested in historic buildings
Technical Building Surveying experience, as well as Project ManagementIn return?
