Due to a restructure, my client is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Payroll Manager to join them on permanent basis.
This role will report into senior management.
As a business, their hybrid working pattern is 3 days office/ 2 WFH.
As the Assistant Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Owing and processing a portfolio of client's payroll from start to finish. Administering all statutory deductions, HMRC submissions and resolving all queries.
- Supporting with the onboarding of new clients.
- Building excellent working relationships with internal & external contacts.
- Managing a payroll team daily - performing one to ones, carrying out appraisals and creating development plans.
