Aspiring Youth Justice Officer -Mental Health - Cheltenham - Education and Training - Aspiring Youth Justice Officer -Mental Health - Cheltenham- Ideal LSA role for Psychology, Criminology and Sociology Graduates.

September 2022 start, LSA role is for the academic year from September through to July 2023. Education and Training in Cheltenham - Learning Support Assistant role - Building the foundations of your Autism and Mental Health experience.

Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 4.00, £390 per week PAYE - No umbrella companies, you are paid how every worker should be.

Your role, in part, will be to demonstrate the value of an education, trying to create and install empathy, where you can.

Helping and aiding children to raise their emotional and social attainment, where you can. Vulnerable children are surrounded by vulnerable adults, they won't always make the right decision, and you must be prepared for that. This is where keeping one's ego in check, is incredibly important.

Autism, OCD and ADHD in Cheltenham - Working with children who have a low distress tolerance. Education and Training provided. This LSA role is in Cheltenham, to start as soon as you are compliant and accept the role, should you enjoy the paid trial day.

5-11 aged students, all with very challenging behaviour

Some anti-social behaviour that will take getting used to, this is all part of the role when aiding society's most vulnerable children. All training and support provided by the school with their excellent training system

Number of Therapies introduced and holistic processes, a little progress is a cause for success

primary and secondary aged students with levels of learning well below their stated age

Positive engagement, giving the children a sense of acceptance, talking therapy will not always work here so different approaches required

Academically, many of the students are very capable, it's a case of channelling where the children excel, and understanding there will be setbacks across the course of a year

Giving the students objectives through key and personal skill
