Role: Americas Recruitment Lead for Market Intelligence Grade: 11 (relevant to internal only) Location: Open The Team: As a member of the People Movement team, you will lead a team of recruiters within the Americas, in addition to being a Global lead on several lines of business within Market Intelligence. You will work closely with team members in the region and across the globe. The Impact: This role is key to ensuring the successful recruitment of high-quality and diverse talent for SPGI in the most time and cost effective way possible. You will partner with senior stakeholders on shaping the recruitment agenda and priorities for their respective areas. You will serve as an advisor on our continued integration journey, as well as be responsible for executing and driving core recruitment processes with people leaders.

Responsibilities: • Coach and mentor a team of recruiters based in the US • Global accountability for specific lines of business in Market Intelligence, partnering with Global leaders to define the recruitment strategy . Educate and influence business leaders to change current practices, where necessary, and promote recruitment best practices. • Use Talent Analytics to reinforce the recruiting value proposition and drive improvements in quality, time and cost. Understand the full suite of recruiting metrics and be accountable for a business area meeting them • Provide expert advice, data and recommendations to business leaders to define hiring forecasts. • Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas to improve and to ensure best practices at all times. • Maintain strong understanding of S&P business and industry. • Ability to conduct cold approaches and convert into commitment, via linkage to the S&P Global Employee Value Proposition. • Focus on new and innovative techniques to ensure a positive candidate experience, for both hired and declined candidates, to reinforce the S&P brand reputation. • Inform necessary changes to the global SPGI policies; Immigration, Relocation, Agency, Referrals, Offer Letters. Ensure TA team is up to speed on them. S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300 to $165,200 Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
